Creditbasket gets this information from CIC for and on your behalf only when you agree to appoint Creditbasket as your lawfully appointed authorized agent/ representative for collecting your credit information from CICs. By consenting to use and avail your credit information report through Creditbasket, you agree that Creditbasket and CICs shall be entitled to rely on your authorization and consent granted by you to Creditbasket.
To provide you the best services, we ask certain information like your first name, last name, income, occupation, state, city, birth date, gender etc. you may also be requested to provide your mobile phone and email id to receive text messages, notifications, and other services and marketing related communication. By providing your email id and mobile number, you authorize us to send SMS/email alerts to you for any service requirements or some advertising/promotional messages/emails from us irrespective of the fact that you have registered yourself under DND or DNC or NCPR service.
